Once you place your order below to submit your athlete, you will get the survey sent to you to upload the information! 

We create full sets of professional quality cards for your organization. We randomly insert cards into professional packs and boxes just like you would get from your favorite card store.

Feel the excitement and get in the game! This is a fantastic fundraiser for any organization looking to make their kids feel like superstars! Here are the steps!

1. Your Organization has signed up!
   
2. You are now at the portal for your players. 
3. Your players will upload a picture with good to excellent resolution. The photo can be an action shot from last year or practice similar to this Kobe Card, A more fun shot like this Travis Kelce Rookie Card OR a picture like this Lebron card. 
4. You will fill out information on your player (including a Shipping address and an image and likeness waiver.
5. Atomic and your organization will approve all raw images before print occurs.
6. You can PreOrder your packs: 3 Packs=$29, Full Box (20) for $79.99! After the preOrder we may not have more to sell so get them while you can!
7. All Submissions are final.

This is a submission to be a part of your organizations set. Included in this, you will get 3 randomly inserted Packs. It is not guaranteed that you will get the athlete that you are submitting for. 

Again, the Packs will not guarantee that you will receive your athlete. But this will encourage people to trade around and hunt for the athletes that they are looking for!
